What vaccines do you require?
We only require that your dog is up to date on their rabies vaccine!
Do you groom cats?
Not at this time.
How often does my dog need to be groomed?
To best maintain their coat, we recommend bringing your pup in for grooming at least every 6 weeks, or 8 weeks if they’re kept fairly short.
Shedding breeds can typically wait 8-12 weeks as long as they’re regularly being brushed at home!
How often should my dogs nails be trimmed?
Every 4-6 weeks.
Do I need to bring anything to my dogs appointment?
For the first visit, we do need to see proof of their rabies vaccinations; whether it be a physical copy or an email on your phone, either will work! The rabies tag does not include the expiration date.
Clients new to the spa will need to review and sign a release form, which will be valid for one year. We ask that you give your dog the chance to relieve themselves—we do not have an area outdoors to let them potty so it is best to try to get them to do so beforehand, especially if you are unable to pick up right away.
You may bring any toys or treats your dog loves.
Do I need to make an appointment?
Yes, appointments must be made for any full service bath or groom. We do offer walk ins for nail trims, teeth brushing, ear cleaning, and mini makeovers between 8am and 2pm.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, visa, mastercard.

If you are a returning customer, you have the option to leave your card on file so when you pick up your pup you can just grab them and go!
What if I am not satisfied with the groom?
Let us know! We always appreciate your feedback and keep detailed information on each dogs haircut—so if there’s something you would like us to change, we can make note of it! We’re happy to offer a complimentary touch up, just get in touch with us within 24 hours after your dogs grooming appointment.
I love the way my dog was groomed! What can I do?
That’s great! You may always tip your groomer at the time of the groom but we are also on Google and have a Facebook page that you can check in on or leave us reviews!
